This document establishes the rules and responsibilities of the parties involved in the provision and use of our services.
This section defines the general framework of the services offered by Revelstone through the platform www.revelstone.com. Services include creative courses, design workshops, and consultancy on the use of modern decorative materials.
"User" means any natural or legal person who accesses or registers on the platform. "Content" means the educational materials, visual resources, and written support provided by Revelstone.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to infringe the intellectual property rights of Revelstone or third parties.
Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the content without the written consent of Revelstone is prohibited.
Revelstone makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the content but does not guarantee that it is completely error-free or that it meets all user expectations.
Under no circumstances shall Revelstone be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by the use of the services.
Revelstone's liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months, except in cases of proven gross negligence or fraud.
Payment for courses is made in full before accessing the content, through the payment methods indicated on the platform. All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable.
Cancellation of enrollment in a course can be made within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the legislation on distance contracts. Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation request.
Revelstone reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, with prior notification to users by email or by publication on the platform. The user is obliged to periodically check this page.
In the event of a serious breach of the terms, Revelstone may suspend or terminate the user's access without prior notice and without refund.
The user may request the termination of their account at any time by contacting the support team at info@revelstone.com. After termination, all personal data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and in case of disagreement, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.
